General Terms: Pawfect Wash Gift Cards are manufactured by K9000 Dog Wash USA. Distributed at www.pawfectwash.dog by Pawfect Wash LLC who is the only party obligated to the gift card owner. The gift cards received are physical and plastic and the balance that will be reflected on each www.pawfectwash.dog gift card will not yet be applied to a bath.

Gift Card Redemption: Gift Cards may only be redeemed for the purchase of bath services by residents of Washington State in the United States provided by Pawfect Wash LLC. Our customer service can provide gift card buyers information about the redemption status of gift cards purchased or to be purchased. Gift Cards cannot be purchased with coupons and promotional offers. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

Purchase Limitations: Gift Cards will have the specified value, there is no option to increase or decrease the values already shown. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold or used to make payments outside of Pawfect Wash LLC. Purchases of more than one Pawfect Wash gift card per order are not limited, any Pawfect Wash gift card expires or its affiliated properties, or for advertising, marketing, contests or other unauthorized promotional or commercial purposes, nor may they be redeemed for more than nominal value, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law) or used in any other ways prohibited by our Restrictions and Prohibited Activities policy relating to Pawfect Wash gift cards. No part of your www.pawfectwash.dog balance will be transferred to another Pawfectwash.dog account.

View your balance: There is only one way to know the balance of your gift card and that is to contact customer service at info@pawfectwash.dog indicating the consecutive of your card and within 24 hours you will be informed.

Returns, Lost or Stolen: You can not return or cancel your Pawfect Wash Gift Card after purchase and activation. If you suspect someone has copied or stolen your Gift Card, please contact 206-485-3322 immediately. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without purchase receipt. 

Ownership and risk of loss of a Gift Card pass to the purchaser as soon as Pawfect Wash ships the Gift Card to the recipient address designated by the purchaser. Pawfect Wash LLC are not responsible for Gift Cards lost, stolen or misplaced during shipping. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide an updated address for the recipient.

Privacy: The personal information you provide to Pawfect Wash LLC when you purchase or use a Gift Card is subject to Pawfect Wash's Privacy Policy.

Delivery Information and Requirements for Gift Card Purchasers: If you have concerns about your order and the delivery of a Gift Card you have purchased, please call 206-485-3322 or email Pawfect Wash at info@pawfectwash.dog. Refer to your order number or be ready to provide your email address. Pawfect Wash are not responsible for gift cards that are undeliverable or not received because you didn't enter an accurate mail address for the recipient. Check to make sure the recipient's address is correct and contact 206-485-3322 if you suspect the recipient did not receive your gift card.

Reasons for Failed Delivery: Gift cards are confirmed by email and shipped by USPS. If you have confirmed the recipient's address, but the gift card has not been seen within a reasonable period of time after the requested delivery date, below is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

1.You indicated the wrong delivery address.

2.There are delays in orders.

3.The recipient's mail is full and must claim it at a USPS office.

Limitation of Liability: Pawfect wash LLC make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. if a gift card code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such gift card. if these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

Violation of these Pawfect Wash Gift Card Terms and Conditions: You agree to not use Pawfect Wash Gift Cards in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise injurious to Pawfect Wash LLC or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice you, to void Gift Cards (including a portion of your Gift Card balance or particular Gift Card purchase) without refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used or applied to a Pawfect Wash account fraudulently, illegally or in violation of these Pawfect Wash Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

Disputes: Any dispute or claim relating in any way to the Pawfect Wash Gift Cards or your Pawfect Wash Balance shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution terms set forth in the Pawfect Wash Terms of Use.
